Contexte de normalisation, internet et tourisme

Abstract : Context of standardization, internet and tourism The acceleration of trade between the peoples and cultures, as part of one of the most characteristic developments of recent decades (late twentieth and early twenty-first century). Multiple contacts, both internationally and within countries, are deployed in the ceaseless flow of goods and men, and more dra matically, that of information, knowledge and communication the advent of the internet. tourism is seen to transform the sector and e-tourists choose, visit, buy their travel on official sites (see study ARTESI, 2005) be cause they trust them.Standards of tourismInternet has installed standardization process in all areas of society, economic, technological, sociocultural or even politics; tourism is experiencing a "normalization" of a particular kind. The tourist trade could be considered as a cross-cultural evolution (see Demorgon, 2005), as they tend logically to the homogenization of the world. Standardization of information technology and communication has changed our society to access unlimited potential to the same information, if not the same knowledge, except to consider precisely the differences in access between the north and South. But the sightseeing, are built in this direction most of the time. therefore, the internet does not in the field of tourism intercultural mediation (Wolton, 2007). Thus, standardization (ISO) in the field of information technology and electronics has regulated and homogenized tourist that steps are thereby regulated and adjusted to the widespread standardization of international trade. Tourism activity, governed by the standards imposed in all countries of the world as the formalities of customs security, to the standards of recreational facilities to the standards of accommodation and food, is represented today as an activity particularly organized, tagged and secure, knowing that new standards are being set up every year and many standardization projects are submitted regularly. Yet if these administrative standards, together with those images "Marketeer" powered tourist sites to visit countries boost cultural diversity, they promote-not necessarily a cross-cultural encounter.an issue of intercultural tourismThe standardization of international tourism standards can be found on the Internet, the first portal virtual tour of the receiving countries for international tourism, and seeps in the process of exposure of sites to be visited by tourists. But the divide between the north and South Westernized, developing, is already being felt in the tourism sector. travel, facilitated by the gap between the living and that of Western countries including the South and north africa, triggering a strong attraction for the first second. If tourism is an activity that generates multi-cultural encounters, the standardization of travel shows on the Internet, would jeopardize the operation of a scalable and effective intercultural communication in terms of games. thus, the "culture shock" (Camilleri, Cohen-emery, 2006) that generates the confrontation inherent in tourism, may be even more brutal and increased due to the voltage due to the manufacture and distribution of images built-oriented expectations of Western tourists and asked about a meeting "distorted", potentially disappointing for tourists and concern for locals.Functionalist methodology.to continue a study of functionalist sights of the city of Fez (Alemanno, Chari, 2011) where we show that they were going in the direction of a tourist economy at the expense of preservation of cultural particularities, we have made interviews with tour guides in the city of Fez to measure the gap between the representations that they are tourists from the people and places to visit and the reality of the latter. When sites offer images controlled by Moroccan officials, places to visit, they build fabulous performances and reassuring, but expected idealized likely to erase cultural diversity and the uniqueness of each culture. However, the functionalist approach does not allow understanding the representations and their mobilization. That's why we opted for interviews that reveal how the standard prevailing socio-tourism. and written communications indicate "hollow" a failure of the standardization process of tourism. the intercultural encounter generates more dimensions an "info-ethics", a "failed" in the preservation on intercultural education and redefined in terms of "deformations" mutual-assimilation and reconstructions in accomplishment. this study will highlight two ways of thought: how administrative standards may govern behavior and their potential emergence of other anthropological standardization process. Standards for tourist traveling on the safety and comfort of the tourists could stop at the threshold of the meeting "differences" left to the random curiosity of both parties carry intercultural exchange. Conclusion of a dialogical interculturalinternet and its potential for information submitted to standards including tourism, forcing us to lead a discussion on the info-ethics, based on respect for diversity (Kiyindou, 2009), other standard-setting process than the standard economy. This research fits into the current consideration of the preservation of cultural differences that place and respect the culture, diversity and complexity in the heart of intercultural. this would be based from the praxeological dimension of the concept of meeting and of the alteration (ardoino et al, 2001). thus, we are going in the direction in terms of iSeSCo and the speech of a. ottoman alywaijri (2008), which promotes dialogue between the South and northern and generally Muslim and Arab civilizations, colonialism after a painful and a West impregnated neo-capitalism. our research aims to contribute to meeting the challenge now being to allow the emergence of the cultural and civilizational, not a single model which just sends Westernism in fine reproduction as a single, deadly for identities of all.
