Signes d’un management public en voie d’accomplissement : une approche socio-sémiotique de l’université française en mutation

Abstract : Upstream or downstream of the law, sometimes beyond, the promulgation of rules and regulations of university activity requires an important work of collective writing. This practice is regularly performed, to the rhythm of academic calendar, but also depending on the political agenda and accounting periods. Now, the reforms that the University has undergone in recent years have greatly accelerated and intensified this work of writing. A socio-semiotic analysis of the rule, referred to a regional context, examines the textual performativity (and textual agency) in the framework of the New Public Management. université – nouveau management public.
